Mintyy is a long time RPG Maker developer, specializing in the form of scripting / plugin development, level design and artworks.

As such, he has been using the RPG Maker Engine (all of its versions for the PC) for almost 14 years, and he is willing to share you the experience and the learnings I have accumulated so far, together with developing what you are looking for.
